It’s beautiful outside today! Snow and ice are everywhere. One of the best things about this kind of weather is how quiet and peaceful the city becomes. People stay at home snuggly in their warm apartments. The streets are mostly empty and what cars are out drive slowly and quietly to their destinations. People walk in silent trepidation from one warm location to another. No one stands outside of bars or clubs loudly talking and laughing with friends or screaming curses at their lovers.
I should feel good right now. I'm almost at my initial goal of 10,000 words or 35 pages. But instead I feel lousy. It's 1:42 in the morning, I wanted to hand in this first rough draft tomorrow and I really need it to be at least 35 pages before handing it in. I'm not at my goal and I haven't even been about to see if what I wrote sounds good at all. Well hopefully tomorrow I can whip up about five pages, and give it a quick read through. Right now I must stop as all I'm doing is staring at the screen and wondering why the words aren't getting written.
I took a small break from writing to create a fun quiz. Waste a few moments and take it to see how well you know me, and perhaps find out a few interesting things about me you didn't know.
